High-speed canned fish labelling line, complete with application quality control check
The system handles labelling on the bottom of the packaging containing fish in oil. After labelling, a scanner reads the label to verify its correct application, and the built-in redundancy of the two labellers allows the line to automatically manage the replacement of the any incorrectly applied label without any stoppage.
Production rate of 21,600 pieces/hour.
