Quality Control and Vision Systems

In order to offer integrated solutions to our customers, we have developed quality control and inspection systems to guarantee that products and packaging meet specific application requirements. We have therefore developed monitoring systems with inductive, ultrasonic and vision sensors to verify the physical characteristics of the contents and its container. The inspection systems are classified in 4 quality control families:

QI - Product Package Integrity

Inspection systems that verify the integrity of the product. Specific sensors are used according to the anomaly to be detected: ultrasound, proximity, vision systems

To guarantee product traceability, label, ink jet or laser marked codes are read by cameras and checked against the data that the system expects.
